  1. [bUG PERMANENTLY SOLVED!]: YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS. This video fixed the issue for me forever: Here's the part that's unbelievable: Demonik420's solution WAS THE CORRECT SOLUTION. It was one of my mods that needed to be disabled because something the mod did (in all likelihood a Mod Conflict), was what created the crash! This is so embarrasing! Checking mod conflicts like this one is the FIRST THING you do when trying to solve crash issues, but I didn't! Just do what Demonik420 did, it worked for me too. Urgh, I feel like SUCH AN IDIOT! It is the FIRST thing you check! Like 99% of modded Skyrim crashes are from mod conflicts, Jesus Christ.
  2. [bug Fix in my second post after this one] (Important note at end of comment) My "Skyrim crash after a set amount of time" is complicated. This is how_ My Skyrim crashes after a few seconds BUT, I can reload a save and play from that save for several hours until I reach the same game time as I had in the previous save that crashes after some seconds. From there on, if I manage to save, it will start crashing after a few seconds from there. It is like there's a permanent deadline that I can't get past. It is so weird. Note: I have so far only witnessed two occurances of this, but I really really suspect that it will keep happening. I will report back and tell you if it keeps happening, and any potential solutions. Report: Due to circumstances (that will be explained now) I am not able to "witness" the specific crash. This report is a report of my potential solution: I use LOOT and FNIS. 1. I created a FULL mod backup in NMM and restored it. Effect: Skyrim crashes on startup even though all plugins are green. (NOT literally green. Green is just a manner of speech for "it is as planned. Nothing out of the ordinary") - 1. - Fix: I used NMM tools to disable all mods. Every single mod that is disabled will be uninstalled and installed again manually by me. - Effect: Crash on startup is fixed. Made sure to install framework mods before the mods that use the framework. ("framework mods" is a word I created for mods that need to be installed before other mods so that the other mods can work) 2. Finished reinstalling framework mods. Effect: Step 1 had zero effect on the crashing problem. It would be great if the one that started this thread Demonik420 would've gone in depth on how they did what they did. 3. I will uninstall every single mod and make a completely clean save using FNIS, LOOT, and The skyrim Save Game Script Cleaner. I will: - Use NMM to purge unmanaged files. - Use LOOT to orgnaise absolutely nothing. (It should be nothing) - Use FNIS to set the animations straight. - Use steam to validate files. Both Skyrim and SKSE. ______ - Some extra things I did: Uninstall and reinstall FNIS, LOOT, and NMM. After all that, I will install everything again. Effect: Success! I can now play my game again successfully! But I have no idea why, and I am very afraid that the crash bug itself is not fixed. But I am able to play for now without crashing. It would be best for someone to investigate this. Important note: Everything is a success, but not completely. You skyrim WILL run smoothly and well if you solve it like I did, but after a few days, you will again encounter the same crash issue. Remember to store your items somewhere you can get them back after redoing everything above. If you do this over and over, you will presumably be able to play Skyrim. It would be best if someone found a better solution, although, my solution does work.
  3. Use SkyTweak to change number of perk points. Worked like a charm. SkyTweak: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33395?tab=files&file_id=1000181300&nmm=1
  4. Use the Console. Type help "(perk name)" And then write player.removeperk (perk value) If a lot of text appears on screen you can use pgdn (page down) and pgup (page up) to nagivate. I don't know if that is supposed to work with ordinator, but it works with vanilla Skyrim.
  5. That's genius! I have a cheat engine. I will try this and I will report back on it's effectiveness in this comment I'm making now. Report: It worked! But it's tricky. The perks don't use the average 1 2 3 system to count perk points. Just because you have 4 perk points, it doesn't mean the cheat engine will represent it with the number 4. Increase and decrease your number of perk points and use "decreased value" and "increased value" in the cheat engine. I found that if you write "1000" in your oerk point address, it gives you 3 perk points in total. I recommend using SkyTweak. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33395?tab=files&file_id=1000181300&nmm=1
  6. What is the fix if you use Oldrim/Vanilla skyrim/Skyrim with DLC? For the record, I will try what Algahar has already said and I will report back on what happens I looked into the SE Construktion but immediately found out that it is made for Skyrim Special Edition. As always, that's where the "se" comes from. (For the record I knew that already, I'm not retarted, but I'm not that intelligent either so I gave it the benefit of the doubt.) The question of how to solve this for Oldrim is still resolved.
  7. Darn it. My follower keeps disabling herself. One sec she exists teh otehr she doesn't. I have to enable her through console commands constantly.
