A while ago I searched a lot on how to play as a dragon in skyrim except the crappy tc command that barely works for me and you can't control the dragon fully nor fly, but haven't found anything. Is there a mod that allows you to play as a dragon?

Does anyone know how the dance mod was made? I mean mods are obviously fan made right? Is there a way you can download the skeleton of skyrim characters and animate it or how was it done?
