Thanks for getting back to me/ us. I just submitted a bug report containing my log files. if there is anything else you need let me know. thanks for helping to figure this out.

same issue here. have reinstalled my game, reinstalled vortex, swapped to an earlier version, and uninstalled my antivirus.I'm completely unable to install mods via the vortex launcher for skyrim. I've manually installed most of them instead but would love to be able to use the mod manager in the future.
