  1. There is no problem but you wouldn't notice the difference between the two, so you could save some money.
  2. It looks good, but you can save some money by getting the crucial m4 instead of the intel ssd
  3. I think dual 8 core xeon processors would get a 9,9 And several high end video-cards in sli/crossfire would get a 9,9 The first pc seems to be put together from old components they just had on a shelf. The second pc looks very good.
  4. Isn't the 6310 the igp of the e-350 processors and its sucsessors? I doubt that this will provide decent framerates.
  5. Your case is perfect for the single radiator watercoolers, in most cases you will lose the only out-take fan My first thought is to install it in the horizontal space right above the processor but I haven't seen any real evidence that this would cool better.
  6. I have never had a blue screen on windows 7 and I haven't seen one on windows 8 yet. So I'm sticking with windows for now Also it doesn't download updates every day, so please don't spread lies. I've noticed most problems with windows are caused by oem's pre installing bloat-ware. And I'm afraid that a dell or acer Linux computer will have the same bloat-ware
  7. You might be better of with this processor. http://www.techspot.com/products/processors/intel-core-i5-3350p-31ghz-socket-1155.87414/ Graphics card, with 3 monitors you are lokking at graph 3 a single 7870 might not be enough. Ram: just get 8gb 1600mhz. SSD: The samsung 830 or 840 pro. HDD: There arent any bad drives arround anymore. Motherboard: http://www.techspot.com/products/motherboards/msi-z77a-gd65.83960/
  8. That is not really a gaming PC, it is more of an all-round multimedia PC. The gt630 is not really fast enough for full HD gaming, and the core i7 is not needed for gaming.
  9. You can't change the CPU in your laptop, the amd apu's are soldered to the motherboard.
  10. For a pre-built system it looks good, I really don't like the shop though. Alternate is pretty bad when it comes to after-sales. This would be a better option http://www.salland.eu/product/1174934/tweakers-net-mainstream-gamesysteem-januari-2013-tw-game-0113.html Quality parts is very important
  11. This is the best card available if you have a lot of budget. http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/?cid=1&gid=3&sgid=1157&lid=1&pid=1483
  12. Companies like dell and lenovo are forcing amd and nvidia to do this. They want to sell graphics cards with the latest number on them.
  13. The 7570 would not run skyrim very well, a 7750 or 6670 would be a better choice. The CPU is good though.
  14. The dell also has a 16ms input lag and I haven't seen any ghosting yet. http://nl.hardware.info/vergelijkingstabel/336573/aptenodytes/monitoren-vergelijkingstabel-21-12-2012-232932 There isn't a lot of difference in real life situations as the input lag is the same. The asus is faster in overdrive, but overdrive is the thing that causes ghosting.
  15. I am currently using display port and haven't got any issues, but I have read that there can be problems with the physical connection when you use cheap cables. The korean monitors are only for people who know what they are doing and even then there is no guarantee that they will work at 120hz, they use the same 27 inch LG panels as dell and asus but I would imagine they lack in overall build quality. I chose the dell over the asus because the dell was a little faster in games BTW.
  16. You need display port or dual link dvi to get 2560x1440 to work anyway. There aren't any monitors available with both 120hz and 2560x1440 but some Korean monitors can be over clocked to 120hz.
  17. I bought the Dell UltraSharp U2713HM last week, and was blown away by it, the colours are just stunning and skyrim has never looked so good. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the monitor itself and the software. So one of the monitors hoofhearted4 linked to would be a very good option. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824260111 It might be a little expensive but it is just :woot:
  18. I have a creative rage wireless and I love it, it was reviewed as one of the best cheaper headsets. That's why I got it.
  19. Then you need a ips screen, I have started looking for a new monitor myself and found out that the 2ms screens are mostly for the hardcore call of duty and battlefield dudes. For regular gaming ips is fast enough. This should be a good choice. http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&cs=04&l=en&sku=320-2676
  20. A phenom 2 quadcore would improve overall improvement. I wouldn't buy one new though, a second hand one would be better and cheaper. Maybe even a phenom x6
  21. From what I heard 1920x1080 doesn't really work for 27inch Stick with 24inch if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a 2560x1440 27inch monitor.
  22. The problem is that you have no graphics card. You are using the graphics chip on the motherboard which is not meant for gaming, just for basic windows stuff. There is nothing you can do with software, most programs that improve gaming performance clean up the memory which you have plenty of.
  23. I really want that fridge now. ;) The best option is a core i5-3570k
  24. This kit is major overkill for gaming. It also seems to be a bit expensive a kit like this should cost less than $1000 The black box is a cooler for the chipset.
