I apologize if I'm not supposed to make this post, but I couldn't find any solutions, & the only posts I found that were vaguely related have been inactive in over a year. NMM says it fails to load my mods, even though they show up in my load order & mod list. I'm also unable to add files at all. My mods are in Computer \ Local Disk(E:) \ Games \ Nexus Mod Manager \ Skyrim \ Mods. Install info is Computer \ Local Disk(E:) \ Games \ Nexus Mod Manager \ Skyrim \ Install Info. I didn't have this trouble until today when Nexus kept getting stuck loading & I decided to update. Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it might be that due to other issues that happened when installing the mod. One of the issues being certain items, such at the tiki torches & skooma bottles, turned into errors. Zaric Zhakaron seemed to have the issue with certain items as well. -
I was wondering if someone could make a mod that adds nordic weapons to the Stormcloak officers & if it's been done, I would like a link to such a mod. Thanks.

Considering Tsun doesn't make a comment about your race(or anyone else there for that matter), I don't think it matters if you're a nord or not. Skjor allegedly said "Even an elf can be born with the heart of a Nord."

I resolved the Indoril/Ordinator mask issue by installing this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42136/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fmorrowind%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D42136%26preview%3D&pUp=1 As for the towers, by best guess would be that it has something to do with Tamriel Rebuilt, but I don't know how to fix this issue. -
I don't know what's causing these issues, but the eyes of the mask part of the Indoril are squished all the way down by the chin with the mouth that makes the Ordinators look like they have small faces by the chin, with huge foreheads. As for the Velothi Towers, they always seem to have the top floor missing, with the items, & sometimes the NPCs floating. I can walk on it for a moment at times, but eventually fall through. This also effects the top floors of the towers at the Ghost Gate.

Shame there isn't a mod that makes them look more like their Morrowind counterparts. I use a mod that adds water, wind, & earth spells that also adds atronachs for those spell types. It uses the base game models, so I wanted to change the flame, frost, & storm atronachs so they looked different from each other.

I loaded Skyrim & found that the game is not only loading the mod I installed that were working fine, but the DLCs are missing as well. I also can't even punch, his left hand is like he's holding a spell, & his right is as if he has an axe or mace. The screen also flashes as if I'm being hit with lightning bolt. I thought this is caused by an incompatibility with Skyrim Community Uncapper. Any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone remember what the quest "Dwemer Technology" is from? It's the one where you need the blood, gold, & electric dwemer cubes.

Someone did such a mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/73521/? You can even change Eola to one with the optional file, & the main file gives you 2 followers, although I can't seem to find them, probably due to killing Eola & failing the quest, but restarting the quest & resurrecting Eola once I downloaded the mods.

Had this issue myself. Went through some methods. First, remove UFO Set the follower as non essential with console commands ( setessential <Base ID> For me, it was Cosnach because his skills are one handed (blades use one handed weapons) and heavy armour (blades use heavy armour) so his code was 00013390. The wiki and uespWiki have all the codes you'll need) I then used the console command "kill" on my follower and then resurrected him the same way. He was then able to join the blades. It may be worth mentioning that Delphine was inside the temple rather than outside. Not sure if its a factor. I don't really want to remove UFO myself as I have a lot of followers that might get screwed up if I remove it. And HEEEEELLLLLOOOOO to everyone after so long ago we were on this topic. I have been playing this game again and still got Delphine being like this. So annoying. Hopefully I can do a run down again and see whats the matter. And it is probably because of UFO. It edits something in the Blades files. But no one knows what. Even then people still have this problem when UFO isnt installed. Which I find really annoying. Bethesda why. Just why... That didn't change anything for me.

I had this issue with Iona,but resolved it when I followed this video:
