Download cloudy's manager and just drop the mods you want in data folder, then the editor itself will create the custom file for you leaving ur premade prefs ini file untouched (except for the lines it can manage the rest gonna stay what you setted earlyer)

You can seek inside the data folder for the mod manager ini file, and just open it and delete the line you don't want anymore, or delete the whole ini then redcreate ur presets.
