You're wrong, Bethesda could just but a verification on the start of the executable: Has AVX: use it. Doesn't have AVX: use sofware instead. DONE. No harm done to whoever wants and can make use AVX ( i really doubt it would make any difference in the game if they removed it altogether tho)

+1 to this, Already asked some of the creators of the bypasses for cyberpunk. Of the three I asked, only one answered till now, saying he can't/won't do it. Still waiting on the other two for responses. ~Edited with new info~
