i have no idea, ok so the data files are working now but whenever i turn on my mods and play, the game crashes after the bathesda logo is done

What do you mean by, "Not registered to Steam"? From where do you get your mods? Rabbit i get them from skyrim nexus

none of the 20 mods i installed are working! could it be that i am not registered to stream? or is it something else? If you are not registered on Steam, that means you don't have a legally obtained copy of the game as Steam is the only way to activate Skyrim in a legitimate way.
