Basically, i was going crazy for like a week cause my Skyrim broke. When I reinstalled i put my Skyrim in My Games instead of Programs 86. But when I'd manually throw mods in my DATA, only the mods that didn't need Data Files checking worked, Data files wouldn't show up, only the Skyrim.esp. Frustrated, i Deleted the 86 folder of Elder Scrolls. Then later I looked into my Skyrim Launcher, the Skyrim.esp was gone... I restored the Skyrim 86, It came back. My fix was to put mods Data files inside my My Games folder AND the 86. Checked the Data Files in Skyrim Launcher and they showed up. This my be a registry problem, but I'm not fixing this since it works now. Thought I'd share my Fix. Love y'all.
