Help! I cant progress through the civil war quest line. After the rescue for fort kastav, it said to return to tullius. I did got promoted to legate but nothing else happens the marker still hovers on him. :( how to fix? Console cmds dont work they say stae not found and i have talked to legate rikke. The next quest should be fort amol.
