I'm pretty new to modding so to be honest I'm probably doing something stupid that has an easy fix but I have installed NMC's texture pack (as well as others) and it doesn't seem like they are even working. A few mods I have seem to be not working. I also have random red triangles at weird locations, I can screenshot some if it helps. I took a screenshot of my mod section and plugin section. I have uninstalled the mod, my game, reinstalled both, enabled/disabled archive invalidation and literally NOTHING is getting it to work. What is the issue?

I'm pretty new to modding Fallout and I am having some trouble with FCO. I install it and fill out the info as needed and when I launch my nvse, it crashes. Yes I have UIO installed along with nvse and yes I am launching it from nvse.
