  1. Please, let me know. There were items from at least four mods in the building I moved so it will take a while to narrow it down even more. I should try it with a vanilla structure and see if it happens. I can confirm building items from settlement objects expanded and moving them outside the build area with place everywhere active also caused the bug to occur. I am more convinced that is the issue for me at the very least.
  2. I can now confirm 20 hours of game time without the bug. Since the script extender doesn't technically modify in game cells I don't think it was that. Place everywhere, as I said, I never had a problem with before but it certainly could contribute. I'm going to experiment by reactivating it and see what happens. I have a theory that large scale selection and placement of multiple connected items may have caused this for me. I like to move buildings around sometimes. It is unlikely I'll get to this immediately but I will test this and report back if I can recreate the problem that way. Confirmed. Moving large structures or multiple connected items will cause this issue with place everywhere in my mod list. Took my sanctuary bar and levitated it about 10 feet off the ground, that did it. Went back to a previous save and placed individual concrete blocks in the air. No problem. Will have to test the extent of this issue by moving things to places they should not snap across different home building mods. I feel this is not isolated to just place everywhere. I'm not sure if anyone else was moving buildings in their games or not, but I would suggest not doing that. If anyone else can confirm this will occur for them as well then it might be worth reporting the mod maker.
  3. Well, I've been playing around with place everywhere. There could be an issue with the script extender. It is the only mod I use it for and when not active it seems like the problem has fixed itself for now. The first poster on this topic doesn't seem to use place everywhere though so I doubt it is that mod. Never had an issue with it before... May be narrowing it down but this is still not it and is no guarantee the problem won't come back...
  4. Not using any of those. Attempted new game with no companion mods, everything worked up to after the settlers come to sanctuary. Problem came back. I found an old save where I did't have this problem. That game works fine. No explanation... Can't find any serious conflicts with FO4edit either. I'm stumped.
  5. On this instance the mod that altered DC is the culprit. Same thing happened to me until I removed mod for Diamond City. :happy: As for pictures just post a link to Imagespace or upload pic here to Nexus and post link. Also to everyone. Be aware that load order may be an issue as well. A mod may work fine- if loaded lower on the mod list (higher priority). Not using any mods that change any locations, including DC. Hope yours stays fixed horouboi. Mine did not. Did this once already. There was no problem for a while so I thought I had it licked. It came back though. Dog followed me fine. Codsworth, fine. Met Danse and that's where it got buggy. Tried going through every mod but nothing restores the followers ability to move through load screens.
  6. So it looks like this is not just limited to companions. Mayor Mcdonough and Piper are stuck at the Diamond City entrance... Would post a picture but apparently I'm not allowed to on the forum.
  7. As a side note to my previous statement, I did notice if you waited via chair or bed after the loading cell the companion would turn show up, but then they would get stuck inside and you would have to do it again when you left. Console summoning functioned but who wants to do that every time.
  8. I have encountered this bug as well. Was using Everyone's Best Friend, Unlimited companion ammo and More Smarter Companions. The last one on that short list conflicted horribly with the Best Friend Mod. Made Danse attack me at the Cambridge police station. Ended up with the "Check your fire" bug after but was able to advance with console commands, however in Arcjet he entered and immediately let the building. No companion has followed me through a loading cell since. Previous saves are now bugged as well though they used to work, even after removing all companion based mods. The problem started for me about a month ago. I have gone through everything but can't figure this one out. It is definitely mod related. Removing all mods and starting a fresh game works, but yeah, what's the point. Sadly this is downright game breaking to me. I may be done as I just don't feel like spending more time on this. Will check back once in a while to see if there is any progress though. Maybe someone will figure this out.
