  1. Yeah, I'm seeing this too. A strong example is the news program about the Engram that plays when you first enter the lift to your apartment at the beginning of the game. The characters' lines keep getting cutoff by a sudden transition to the next line.
  2. It doesn't sound like you are running Creation Kit through Mod Organizer at all. At least, that's what happened when I tried to launch the exe directly a few years back. You have to run it through the organizer or it can't find your mods. make sure you added it to your mod organizer through the modify executable option (click the gears icon) and then you need to also tick the Overwrite Steam ID box and add 1946160 as the ID (or creation kit won't boot). Make sure all your mods are enabled in mod organizer first, and finally, make sure to boot the creation kit through Mod Organizer just as you would boot the game. it should all work properly after that.
  3. I've found the issue and devised a fix for it. It requires a bit of GECK knowledge, but nothing too serious. The problem file is "FINAL Searchlight Airport NCR.esm" To put it simply, this mod makes a few minor adjustments in this cell, which wouldn't be an issue except it moves one of the decals to -3000 under the cell. I can't pretend to understand why the game responds this way, but the result is that the decal inexplicably pulls everything not nailed down along with it. Its like a powerful electromagnet dragging everything along the ground. I simply reset that decal back to its default settings and everything went back to normal. I imagine you could also just delete it as well. The cell is CampForlornHope01 and the decal is NVNCRDecalCLeg. You'll want to right click the decal and click the edit option. Its the Z Position that needs to be changed. It should be changed to its default value, which is 671.1060. I also unticked all the miscellaneous changes made to it just to be sure it took, but that might not be necessary. As I recall, the changes the mod made were enabling the "Persistent Reference" and "Initially Disabled" options as well as the "Set Enable State to Opposite of Parent" option under the "Enable Parent" tab.
