I hate to be that guy who necroposts stuff, but I really find these copyright restrictions bethesda has in place when it comes to porting assets just... asinine. We live in the year 2017 now, don't you all think that they should at LEAST alter their EULA's to actually appeal to their consumers? Like, CD Projekt red allows their assets to be used in skyrim, even :/ All this legaleze is just horseshit if you ask me. What bethesda has as their precedent is [at least in my view] extremely anti-consumer.

This has been a rather annoying nitpick of mine, and I thought I wanted to get some help on how to possibly fix this. Every time I use VATS in Fallout 4, all the sounds are present except the the only sound called "UI_VATS_Ready.xwm", that plays when you commence your VATS usage itself against any enemy. It has that familiar high pitch B note beep in Fallout 3: But in Fallout 4, It isn't there. Any ideas why that is, and how do I fix it, if possible?

There was a previous request topic about this mod that has LARGELY gone unnoticed. http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/502768-lilarcor/ It was locked mainly due to bumping, which, in turn was sparked by a lack of replies. Why no one greenlighted this mod, I have no clue, because this mod idea is awesome. It's friggin' LILARCOR, one of the greatest mods for Morrowind, and could potentially be a great mod for Skyrim. Why has no one greenlighted this yet? A talking, wisecracking sword that can level up into higher forms as you defeat enemies. How could this idea been ignored? Isn't this enough of an elaboration?

Tbh, I think more classic armors/robes from ff1, 3 or 5 would be cool. I'm not the new generation kind of final fantasy fan, especially with unnecessary games like 10-2, revenant wings or 13-2.

I for one agree, this is an excellent idea. We get too much final fantasies 7 through 13, so I think mods like this would be necessary. It's a shame that this thread isn't getting much attention.
