Could someone make a mod that delays the college of winterhold quests until you get to a certain skill level? Like 25 in a magic skill before it lets you start saarthal expedition for example. Or adept/expert before it lets you do the labyrinthian quest. A mod that lets you recruit any generic imperial soldier npc to be your follower once you've achieved a certain officer rank through the civil war questline (quaestor, praefect, tribune, or legate)

Something that will add an MCM menu where you can adjust the prices of carriages for skyrim/skyrim SE. I know Better Fast Travel (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/15508/) has an MCM menu for that but it comes with a lot of extra stuff and I think something light-weight would be better. Maybe an MCM similar to Realistic Room Rental Basic (not RRR enhanced, which comes with more overhaul) (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25029/?tab=files)
