I see that all over with all kinds of items, iv actually even seen A dead stormcloak soldier floating in mid air, and as I walked past he fell to the ground. :s

I recently completed a quest called "Good Intentions", this is a quest in a questline that is not the last of the quests and the game failed to give me the quest that comes after this one despite the giver of the quest telling me what I must do, wtf is going on? I want to continue on with the questline but despite my best efforts trying over and over again it will not let me.
