[Unequip dual wield right hand weapon CTD]

Oh and if i switch to fps mode i see the weapon stuck in my hand but in 3 person view its sheated back.

[Unequip dual wield right hand weapon CTD]

Something causes ctd when i unequip the weapon in my right hand. Only when im using dual wield. Any ideas? My load order is good, i checked it in wrye bash too.
