Or you could download this tropical conversion of Skyrim. I personally enjoy choices and I enjoy what the mod's creator has made, so this seems to be the option for me. If you have such a feeling that you can't just accept the fact that someone converted skyrim into a tropical environment for their enjoyment, well no one is forcing you to download this mod.

I'm really hoping for armor/clothing mods which fit into this change in scenery, obviously not just bikinis. Holding off on playing Skyrim till this comes out as well.

Alright, fully updated including the newest update will that effect whether the mods work or not?

The very first version, never bothered to update

I am basically new to doing mods in general and when I found NMM, I was jumping for joy figuratively. I run it as administrator, download the mods, activate the mods, update them to their latest version, etc. All of that went smoothly, but when I start Skyrim none of the mods seem to be working. Is it because the mod files are in a different folder in C drive then the game itself? If it is then I just need to move the mod file to the game itself and all is good to go, yes? If it is something a little more complicated I would appreciate some direction on how to solve it.
