  1. Either Magus from Chrono Trigger or Ekou from the anime series Karas.
  2. Heroes -series is the king of all hot seat games! I remember when the third one came out, we spent countless hours playing just a single little game with my friend, and almost never got it finished! That was the main problem with the game. And it has so few maps by default. But it was just so addicting and fun game to play, hard to get bored. At the time it was also a bit too difficult for casual gamer like us. =)
  3. I had 8-bit Nintendo as my first console, and yet it still working perfectly. I didn't have too many games, though, so I was basically playing Turtles and Mario 3 over and over. Ahh, good times! =)
  4. The language is a bit rough and there's pretty much stuff feeling like it has been heard so many times before. Not too creative. Yet, the message is still delivered effectively and the overall atmosphere is pretty good. With a sound composition work this might produce a good song! =)
  5. RPG: Chrono Trigger (deepest and greatest story ever, WONDERFUL characters), Morrowind (overall freedom and atmosphere) FPS: Half-Life 2 (awesome graphics, gameplay, game physics engine) RTS: Age of Empires (addicting as hell) Platformer: Megaman Zero -series (charactes and story) Adventure: Sam & Max -series (humor)
  6. If you are looking for a good space exploration, combat and trading game, I higly recommend Freelancer. Then there's also some good freebies like Transcendence and Bounty Hunter SX. And then there is Fraxy, which actually pretty simple space combat game or shoot em up, yet still fun and addicting.

    Hiya!

Hi everyone! I have been around a while, but I'm still new here. I just recently installed both Morrowind and Oblivion again, I've been playing them many times before as well. There's nothing as great as an open world RPG, even though I like all kinds of open world games as well. Some decent space trading and combat games like StarMiner, Transcendence, Freelancer and DarkStar One are my favourites. I also play Gothic 2 &3 and even Two Worlds, although it was a pretty big let-down on my part. I found the forum when looking for mods and this place looks really nice. =)
  8. Hi! I am an amateur composer trying to learn how to make some dramatic music to imaginary game and movie soundtracks. Epic, dramatic and atmospheric orchestral (and also some non-orchestral, too) music is really my favourite type of music, or more, an obsession. I'm a really big fan of great composers like John Williams (Star Wars, ET, Indiana Jones etc.), John Debney (Various tv-shows, Lair), Basil Poledouris (Robocop, Conan the Barbarian, Starship Troopers etc.), Jerry Goldsmith (Mulan, First Knight, The Mummy etc.), James Hannigan (Freelancer, Evil Genius, HP and the Half-blooded Prince the videogame) etc etc. Here's some of my latest work, made with FL Studio 8, EWQL Symphonic Orchestra SE and Symphony of Voices. Full orchestra and choir: The Herald Final Confrontation Awakening - Enter the Fantasy Hero Awakes The Land of Snowflakes The River of Endless Tears Battle Theme The Scars of War Piano + Strings: Farewell Fading Light Symphonic/melodic metal: Infernalis The Darkest Path Our World (Overline Title) Electronic: Let the Rain Fall Protector Thanks for listening! :thanks:
