10+ hours in and, like an idiot, just assumed that an RPG with this amount of care put into it would have a way to change your appearance (You know, at least later on in the game). I would have remade this character earlier on if I had know there wasn't the option. Bit too late for that now, considering the time put into this run. To think a simple google search would have saved me this dilemma. I'd hate to potentially wait months for this feature to be patched in by Larian but I also don't expect a modder to work their ass off if the mod would soon be obsolete. I'm assuming it isn't an easy endeavor or we'd have one by now.
