Help! Certain mod plugins won't come up

I've only noticed the ones that change the textures of the player and npc's that won't work -
I had to completely get rid of skyrim and after i got the clean version back i made my clean save and put on a couple mods but only the SkyUI and Race menu work but others for body textures and hairstyles don't work. I also have the SKSE installed.
