I think it'd be really shocking and panic-inducing to encounter a swarm of spiders in a cave. Maybe in the overworld, too, if there was a spider cave nearby. That'd actually be fantastic. I don't know about everyone else, but if I saw a swarm of spiders barreling down on me, I'd just turn around and run. Imagine fleeing through the wilds with 30 or so spiders screaming after you. And I mean a swarm of the weakest ones - the ones that die in one hit. So, it'd certainly be an option to cut through them, though I think it'd be pretty gross. I thought such an idea might be doable considering the number of other mods which feature a large amount of NPCs fighting at once, but maybe spiders take more processing power to render. I've got no idea. Anyway, that's it.
