Will a GTX 960 4Gb be enough? or a 380 4G. BTW. I bought an i5 instead.

Hi guys. I stopped playing games couple of years ago but when FO4 I want to play it so bad. I'm building a new rig and I want to be able to play FO4 with mods(retextures, HD Landscapes,environment, etc.. ) at high settings with 60fps. Budget wise? Best bang for my buck. This is what I plan to buy i3 6100 3.7GHz Palit GTX 950 2048MB 128bit DDR5 StormX Dual 8 gigs ram Is this doable? any of you have the same setup?
