Ok thanks I found it. I am just wondering When there is one armor such as Studded armor it says -getequipped armorstuddedcuirass = 1 /AND and then other things related to voices. so should I put all my stuff above it and leave that the same or should I change the studded armor to /OR too? -

I am making an update to a mod I made a while ago called Brigandage. It adds a bunch of new armors I made to the game and to the Bandit's leveled lists. I have some new armors and I just generally want to polish it up. I noticed in the game while wearing Studded Armor, Guards will sometimes say, "You wear the armor of a Brigand, better not cause any trouble on my watch." Which would be perfect for my armors. I also looked to see if they had any other dialogues. When you wear ancient Nord armor, they'll say, "That armor smells like death, have you been grave robbing?," and when you where Banded Iron, they'll say "You are wearing the armor of a mercenary, now thats the life." If you are a werewolf, but in Human form, they can say "Uch. Been tending your hounds? You smell like a wet dog." Hide Armor, "Some advice, friend. That armor won't offer much protection in a real fight" I am wondering how to get them to say stuff for my modded armors. I went to studded armor and did "use info" in the ck and I found the INFO entry, but thats really not the type of thing I have really messed with before. When I open up " Dialogue Guards; General" it doesn't really allow me to do anything and I wouldn't know what to do if it did. Thanks for the help.

What is the position of the Nexus vis-a-vis using hit oldies music for a radio mod. Is it fair use? Are all the radio mods on the nexus using music that is free/ expired copyright and such? I ask because I made a mod for myself searching through tons of old 40s and 50's music, and I was curious if it is legal to share it.

Dragonborn DLC Can't leave Solstheim.

i had this problem when i first got to solstheim. i would get infinite loading screens a lot and couldnt get back to skyrim. the unofficial dragonborn patch fixed it for me, no idea why but you have to make sure to update your unofficial skyrim patch to the latest version also. for me im not entirely sure if thats what fixed it. i dont use fast travel really unless im testing something so i kept trying to sail from raven rock and got infinite loading screens. but once it worked once it kept working. it just felt like my skyrim had to adjust to going between the two worlds and once it was used to it it could do it- 20 replies

I had a funny bug that was teleporting me to the middle of an unrendered skyrim and dropping me from great heights when i was in windhelm. i am just sharing this in case anyone else has the same problem because i couldnt find anything on it when i looked it up. i looked at my save game sizes and they were 50mb! i tracked down the last save of a normal size 12mb and it was telmithryn. i remember around that time i had watched gophers videos and wanted to switch from tro-basic needs to realistic needs and diseases. i went to the basic needs power and it says pause it to stop scripts and uninstall. what i did wrong was that even though i paused it i had active effects like i was hungry and thirsty , it screwed up my save. so i went back to that save before reinstalled tro so i could uninstall it correctly reset effects first so that i wasnt hungry then paused it then switched my shout button to a vanilla shout then saved. then i uninstalled and then just for good measure waited 30 days and saved. then i exited and started up again and its fixed so if anyone else has that problem uninstall the mod correctly and take care you dont have active effects

LE A mod that allows you to use Base armor at End Game

this isnt exactlt the same thing, but its similar. i like to play the same way you like to play and i prefer the low level armours a lot more simply because i like the more down and dirty realistic play style. i have a few combat mods that i had to work hard to get to all work together right but the basic result is realistic combat damage, that means a direct hit no matter what and you are dead. your like that and enemies are like that. it makes the game so much more visceral and strategic. i have skyre and a skre combat tweak mod that boosts the efectiveness of blocking, so you dont take damage for successful blocks at all but it takes stamina. if you are out of stamina youll either get totally staggered from blocking then wont be able to block. combat damage multiplier and duel as well as deadly dragons with dragons boosted to their maz, makes them impossible to defeat in open combat you have to use strategy and hiding spots. heavy armor helps you may be able to get hit twice but iron armour is not so much more effective than glass and when you play like that you arent counting points you are just playing to not get hit at all and hit them before they hit you -
LE Weighting Skirt Bones

ok i have an armour that has a bunch of trishapes including a part thats like a skirt. it all can be weighted to my hearts content but when i assign weight to the skirt bones, it makes my game crash when i equip it. ive been at it for days because it never occurred to me that it was skirt bones. but then i read in a forum someone mentioning it but no one replied. the thing is then i tried to import a vanilla armor and export it with no change, female hide armour, and equip it and it crashed too. if i import any clothes or armour that doesnt have any vertices weighted to skirt bones, i can export it w no changes and then equip that in game with no crash. i take it u havent had that problem but dont say it doesnt make sense because if i do everything exactly the same in a controlled way with various different meshes not just what im working in it happens. how many skyrim custom meshes have you exported from 3ds max with vertices weighted on skirt bones and got working into skyrim im not sure which skirt bones it actually is since there are many. im thinking maybe its a bug w 2011 im dling 2012 now <<<SOLVED>>> I figured it out and it took me many days so i am posting this if anyone has the same problem try this the model that was replacing to test in game (ex. cuirasslight_0.nif) was linked to cuirass_1.nif for itself and for the 1st person models. 1st person models cannot have skirt bones or they instantly crash when equipped. -

whenever i export a mesh even a vanilla armor mesh with no changes that has weights on the skirt bones, i get an instant crash when trying to equip it. does anyone else have this problem. it took me 3 days to even narrow it down to skirt bones. i need these damn skirt bones to work or my mod will be trashed with a cardboard skirt and hideous clippage

drs used to prescribe cigarettes for a sore throat ! back before science. anyway there are positive effects from medical marijuana but i found this from looking up mouth smoke like when its cold the steam when you breath. that'd be the shizz. its winter in new jersey and i have to bundle up and im still freezing thats my biggest gripe with skyrim the clothes and armours are like from a equatorial jungle game edit ("u cant talk about realistic temperature effects. this is a world where there are mages casting spells dragons and supernatural phenomena. so much for realistic. this is a game where u absorb dragon souls cuz you are the dragonborn. nords are resistent to frost damage anyways" -- this is what a stooge would say. so dont say it)

I was trying to think of how to make a climb mod that works. I was thinking what if you had a power like turning into a werewolf except you turned into yourself fitted on a shrunken horse skeleton and then with not too much effort you could use all four limbs and get up the mountain. wouldnt work for ladders. there are climb animations from operation anchorage and the pitt.

I have been thinking of this a lot. I'd say first we get the enlarged landmass with nothing on it that that lightwave person makes. Then copy and paste a large amount from 1x version in correlationg spot like whiterun and the whole surrounding area plus heightmaps and everything. then you'd have the same places but empty space in between and then you'd just have to fix the paths and whatever looks weird like if it doesnt line up. that way you can get something more quickly to styart with and fill in and fix in between
