Thanks for your comments guys I appreciate it, I've decided to start a new game until I can find a fix for my main save I'll try re-installing my mods and see if that help at all, regardless thanks for your help! I'll post if I ever find a fix for this. :)

Everything was fine and I had a almost perfect modded game with no issues, but I ended up installing the Better Locational Damage mod and then the issue started. ihud no longer hides any menus no matter what I try, I tried uninstalling BLD but the issue continues. it seems to be fixed whenever I revert back to an old save or start a new game, but my save seems to be bugged and I have no recent saves to go back to unfortunately. I've even tried disabling every mod but ihud and Hud Framework but still nothing. I am using Mod Organizer 2. My mods :

Yea I've been thinking of just uninstalling them but I'll try to do everything I can to get them to work, One thing is I'm not sure about it being a conflict because I disabled every mod except for the texture mod itself and everything it requires and it still did it. maybe I made a mistake in the installation?

Only thing that's weird is I've looked around for so long and the only answers anyone had to fix it is to turn on/off "FixParallaxBugs" and "FixParallaxTerrain", that usually would fix it, but not in my case apparently.

So in this instance what can I do? Ok it's alright man no worries I'm sure I can figure this one out soon enough.

Well I thought with Mod Organizer when you uncheck something it removes every instance of that mod, doesn't it?

Yup I saw that on the page and disabled Enhanced Lights and FX but sadly it didn't change, I will try it again though. also yes it's only really walls and the ground.

Also it may or may not be related to the issue but these new parallax textures seem to be mixed in and clipping with vanilla one.

I doesn't do anything really when they're both false...If anything it makes the textures look a lot more warped. as for texture mods well here's my modlist Sorry for late reply

For whatever reason no matter how many things I try, the "fixparallaxbugs" and "fixparallaxterrainbugs" do nothing no matter if I have them set to false or true, I'm out of ideas on what to try. Here's my Enblocal.ini.

What weather mods would you recommend I disable?

I used TesVEdit, and checked both Prefs.ini and .ini and those are fine. And no I have no version of OS 7 what so ever. So I've been thinking I may need to do a clean install of Skyrim. Also I uninstalled a d3d9.dll file from my Skyrim folder thinking it wasn't gonna do anything considering the uninstall instructions said specifically delete all files added by the enb I wanted to get rid of so not sure if that can be a problem. :/

All I did was verify game cache and then for a while I couldn't even play it so I disabled all active mods and re-enabled them, and now I crash every time I go outside but its completely when I'm inside fine inside SKSE is up to date and I also have the latest enboost. My grass will not receive any shadows and looks quite bright and annoying. I have 300+ mods and I'm not quite sure what could possibly be causing this, I have tried reinstalling all flora and grass mods but no luck... Here is my load order though.
