My log was littered with these errors. Probably a good 60-70 instances in my log, with the majority being from Bleak Falls Barrow, and a few from Mzulft. So I used this fix, and followed the procedure to fix these areas, and my log no longer showed these errors, and was playing great until I went to Riften and started crashing again. I checked the log, and the errors are back, and again from Bleak Falls Barrow. Come to think of it, I started crashing the first time around when I entered Riften. Anyway, followed the procedure again, and the log is clean. I'll return to Riften and hope for the best!
