[Hearthfire houses]

1. Purchase Lakeview Manor without having to go to Riften, or possible with no quest at all.

 

2. Hearthfire mod that adds realistic build times to constructing a Hearthfire house.

 

I am currently only able to play on XB1 as my computer can't handle the FPS for the game.

[Claim That Interior]

One of my favorite mods from Oblivion was Claim That Interior. "Allows you to become the owner of any interior cell in the game. You want to live in that cave, ruined fort or home of a now-deceased NPC? Just claim it! "

I would love to have this mod for Skyrim both PC & XBox please.

[Static wall set]

I am looking for a static wall set that has all the basics. Entry wall, side walls with and without windows. I want to be able to build a house the way I want it without have to use a preset house. (I.E. Lakeview Manor from Skyrim)

 

[Help Please. Making a horse]

I have figured out using a youtube video how to clone a horse in TES Construction Set and make it what I want (verrrrry slow, not always running) I hope. But when I hit the save button I assume nothing is happening . When I start Oblivion and go to Data File the house does not show up in the list of mods. When I go through Tes Mod Manager still not there. I have id named it VerySlowHorse and named it Etta the horse and neither is showing up in my list and the horse is not were I placed it in the world. When I leave TES Construction Set and restart it my horse does not appear in the list of creatures anymore.

 

*SOLVED* I used a different horse base and it showed up in game without having to activate it.. Now how do I get the mod so I can save it?

[Can't us doors in Anvil]

[Can't us doors in Anvil]

I can't use doors in Anvil. I can enter but not exit the city. I can't enter any dwellings. There is no door icon. I can walk through the door to a room with no walls. I can teleport out of the city, I can use the doors in and around the castle. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game and it is still happening. The only mode I have running is OBSE.
