[ELI5 replacing ambient music in a certain area?]

My goal is to change the music that plays in the BoS bunker with the one that played in the BoS bunker in fallout 1. Since i never even touched the GECK before, i tried to read this tutorial https://wiki.nexusmods.com/index.php/Fallout_New_Vegas_Music

 

But, it might as well have been written in mandarin chinese, since i didn't understand one bit. So, can anyone explain to me, in a more beginner-friendly way? Thanks a lot :D

[Replace the ambient music in the BoS Bunker with the ambient music from Fallout 1]

Hi. As the title suggests, my idea was to make a mod that replaces the ambient music that plays in the background of the BoS Hidden Valley bunker with the one that played in the BoS Lost Hills Bunker in the original Fallout. If anyone knows how to do this (because god knows i don't), i would appreciate it if you at least tried.
