Alright I think I got it. What I did was in the Skryimprefs. ini located in the MyDocuments/mygames/skyrim directory, I set the " fInteriorShadowDistance=0.0000 fShadowDistance=0.0000 " to zero. But first before you do that, make a your copy and drag it somewhere else (on a separate usb port or desktop where-ever) And then edit the Original. Because when I did the opposite, (leave the copy in the directory and moved the original else where) and started the game, It made a new skyrimprefs.ini and ignored my copied one. see if that works for you guys.

well now im only discovering that the strange gridding and flickering lights only happens in the day time. At night time everything is completely fine..

I have that same problem and it makes running through forests MURDER. I've tried everything and the thing about it is that I think the newest patch is what did it because it didn't do anything like that before that patch...
