    Its not only attack related mods cause this, others can to. I once had a texture mod that ruined my speech.

    You did remove all of your mods, but sometimes you gotta reinstall skyrim to completely remove some mods. Srry man, i think thats the best option.

    Wow, there is a button with Enter on it. Explain a little better, more details and stuff.

    Maybe removing the mod did not remove all the files of the mod, backup your saves and reinstall skyrim. Could you post a list of your mods?
