You don't say your level, but with the orcish armor I am imagining you have been playing for a while this way?
My first character was 2 handed. all conan style. I only used enchanted items/weapons or potions if I found them.
I was able to get all the way through just fine. I put all my levelling into health/stamina and focused on the 2-handed and heavy armor perk trees.
I found that early on, some of the bosses were difficult, as you point out, and sometimes they would kill me.I drank a lot of health potions. Later in the game I found that they were not much of a challenge.
I found 2-handed a good way to simplify the game on my first go-through. Now I enjoy being a spellsword and spending excessive amounts of time catching butterflies for potions. :-)

Umm...bethesda was planning the DLC by 1.4?
My guess is that whatever the DLC is, it was planned before the original release in November. It's marketing. Get the game out in time for Christmas sales, add the DLC to boost sales/interest at E3/summer break.

Soo, I think I may have misunderstood. You are looking in the data folder to find you mods? Have you opened the NMM interface to see if they show up there?
if you are looking at program files/steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/data that is the wrong file to find apps downloaded by nmm.
They should be found in C;/games/skyrim/mods. (that is the file created by NMM if you use the default, which is recommended).
Are you using the "download with NMM" button when downloading your files? If you do that, it should bring up the NMM user interface. It will show the download process. You need to click on the mod on the mods page (check the box) to install a downloaded mod. It will then show up on the plugins tab page. Any mods you have downloaded through steam will show up on the plugins page, but not the mods page.
-
Is it your first time downloading NMM, or was it working before and stopped? It sounds like a corrupted file or installation issue. Have you tried uninstalling completely and then reinstalling following the instructions exactly, including using the default file locations? Sorry, hope this might help.

I'm with fms1 on this one. The top 100 is filled with crazy good mods, and only you know what you like.
I would add, though, that it may seem painful at the time, but you can avoid all kinds of suffering later by adding mods one at a time and moving around in the world a bit to test them before adding another. That way, if a problem comes up, you won't have to look at your 50 just-downloaded mods and wonder where the problem is.
-
Are you talking about files downloaded by Steam workshop or NMM? Are you wanting to delete all of the mods or just the ones you no longer use?
-
People create and use mods that are to their taste. Their choices will never affect you. And your concern is....? Wanting to feel superior by denigrating others?
-
Did you download NMM according to instructions, making the NMM data folder C:Games/Skyrim (Not in your Steam folder).
You might want to try removing all of the mods you have downloaded, wherever they are, and then reload NMM using the suggested defaults. Then when you download through the NMM they should go where they need to be.

Well, I have raised a sword for Whiterun repeatedly, and Balgruuf still won't marry me...Sigh!
Riverwood is cute, and I have a weird attachment to Ivarstead.
I'm with the poster who wants to toss Nazeem to the wolves, though And there's a similar guy in Ivarstead....

Can you give specific NPC/quests where this happens? I think there are situations where the NPC "says" to follow, but they really will only follow you. This has been the case for me with several characters. You might try leading and see if it helps. I also had the problem at one point where I was supposed to jump down into a crypt and go inside, but the NPC just stood there. I think this may have been related to the UFO mod, as in the vanilla game, my regular follower would not have been automatically dismissed. I never did test that theory. What I did was stood by the door, then save and reload the program. When I restarted, the NPC was also next to the door, and that triggered the "open the door" animation. If you have a follower mod, and decide to try disabling it to see if that helps, follow the mod authors uninstall procedure exactly or you may end up with bugged followers that you can't unbug.
Ich hoffe, das hilft! Mein Deuthche ist schrecklich! Dein Englisch is sehr gut keine Sorge!

It looks to me to be caused by your mods, mod conflict or loading order. What mods are you using that affect rocks and/or landscape?
-
Actually you need to wait until 10 pm, I think. Dark usually happens around 8 but that is not late enough. Last time through I just waited until midnight, and that worked fine. He's telling you to wait because it is too early.

I do not pretend to speak for America or other Americans, but I would hazard that any foreign military base here would cause rioting in the streets, attacks by "patriots" against the current government...kinda sounds like Pakistan, huh. There is a strong folklore here in the US that we are "the good guys." If you buy into that completely (and of course there are many that do not), then everything we do is "good," even though if another country did the same to us it would be intolerable.
I think nationalism is the cause of a great deal of suffering, regardless of the nation. Governments are far less important than people, but unfortunately the soldiers of any nation are often required to put human beings second.
-
wtf? at the first page they have an american flag for english language?? i dont mean to yank bash but ffs, get over yourself america
It seems to me that if one is angry enough about something to sling insults, one might consider including sufficient detail, at least, that others might know for what exactly they are being insulted.

Oh that is a truly sad story. :ermm: The bright side, I guess, I you know what to get your dad for fathers day.
If I were you, I would reload skyrim entirely and start from scratch. When you delete, make sure to do this through Steam and also to delete local content. You could spend all summer trying to figure out what your dad did to it!
Good luck!

I think technically questions related to quest completion specifics are supposed to go in the spoilers area.
You need to find Kodlak He's usually down the stairs and then down the hall.
Good luck, hope this helps

Mods that affect followers can leave lasting negative effects if not uninstalled properly. You may need to restart a new game and reload your mods. In the future, it may help to read and follow the mod author's installation instructions in order to prevent similar problems.
-
Are they followers? Can you use the wait there command?
-
I'd rather they provide a patch separately. And soon....

My game was also fine before the 1.5. Then it went haywire. I ended up reloading steam and skyrim and starting a new game. (this might have been excessive but I got impatient....) Even so I ended up changing some of my settings (skyrim pref.ini) that I didn't have to mess with before, and also adjust some of my graphics card settings. I didn't mean to imply that your graphics card was to blame, but rather that changing some settings might be the solution.
-
Doops...
Also, could be something with your basic game interface settings-- the screen you can get to if you hit esc in game and then choose "setttings".... it will bring up things like grass fade, actor fade, etc. and has a slider bar. If these are all the way to the right, it causes things to be loaded when you are basically on top of them, and might cause that effect. Also if you have them all the way to the right but your graphics card is not equipped to handle that, you could get some similar effects.
Anyway, that is much easier to check first than playing with the prefs.ini. Sorry shoulda mentioned it first.
-
That looks to be a graphic settings issue. What video card to you have? Video Ram? Have you done anything with your Skyrim pref.ini file?
-
Also depending on what arrow you use. If you are sad that you are too powerful, use only low level arrows and low level bows (like hunting bows with iron arrows) . And maybe just aim for the knee ;-)

stuck at beggining, not found answer on internet

Is this your first time playing? It is hard to tell what the problem is without more information.
However I would guess it appears to me to be an issue with your computer set-up somewhere. Make sure all of your drivers are updated, directx is updated, and that you have the basic requirements for graphics, hard drive, etc.
