So because I have no experience at all making mods I was wondering if someone could make a mod for Fallout New Vegas of Himiko Toga's hairstyle and school uniform from the anime My Hero Academia because I had the idea of playing as her using only melee weapons.
Unfortunately I don't know how to make mods at all so I figured I would ask here if someone could make it. The pictures are for reference if anyone thinks they can do it.
I also don't have a credit card or any method of paying so I was hopping someone could do this for free.
