I got the same problem too here but I think I know which one mod that starts make some NPC became invisible, hooker of commonwealth mod, after I use that first the hooker I spawn have Invisible body but I can fix that by change they cloth with the cloth I have ( even it still same "easy girl outfit") but I just realize that the robot NPC all became invisible except the companion, but even so I havent figure uot how to fix it, how to make the npc not invicible anymore and how to make the mod worl. I cant use F4se since it is not the latest version and I don't have any DLC so the unofficialFo4pacth just make my game crash, do you guys have an Idea how to fix it?? I still new about this
