It's fixed! The animations were causing the issue with the food. Thanks!

I've installed fallout GOTY and then FWE and started playing with no problems, no crashing or anything. But when I tried eating it doesn't change the % of hunger in the status screen, neither shows me a message like it does when I sleep or drink water. With the water i have a similar issue, if i drink from a source in the game world (like a sink or pipes) a message pops up saying I'm not thirsty anymore and the % of thirst goes down, but when i drink from a water bottle or a nuka-cola no message pops up and the % of thirst doesn't change at all. Sleep so far has worked perfectly fine. Regards
