However, I've never had this problem before, and this only happened after I installed and played the Skyrim Special Edition on my computer. I didn't install or do anything else on my old version of Skyrim, so I'm almost sure that the two games are connected somehow... Oh, and Special Edition works fine. No problems with it. It's just Oldrim that suddenly stopped working... Mod list for Oldrim here if it helps https://modwat.ch/u/Shin/plugins I've also tried deleting the Ini files and generating new ones... still the same.
  3. SymVoid I tried your "fix" and my fps went down from near constant 60 fps in windhelm to less than 30 (8-30)! I got so much fps lag that stutters were the least of my problems. I'm staying on 6 cores. I had texture packs, but my graphics card is nearly 4 gb gtx 660 so that shouldn't have stressed my fps. How is your fps not crap on 1 core? I have Windows 7 6 core 2.9 ghz 8 gb ram.
  4. Yeah I just tested Skyrim Nexus a few minutes ago (when I kept getting 502 and 504 errors only on Skyrim Nexus) on the site you linked http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and it wasn't just me! What now moderator? :P
  5. After Skyrim has been out for so long how have you not heard of or tried the mod SkyRe? It addresses everything you're complaining about. Sounds like you're requesting a gameplay/perk overhaul and that's what SkyRe does.
  6. In cities and everywhere it seems once you kill guards they don't come back until a LOT later in the game... On some evil characters I like to go on a killing rampage in cities like riften whiterun and solitude and I kill all the guards in no time at all, it really ruins immersion that a major city in a major hold only has a dozen or so guards patrolling the streets. We have mods that can increase the amount of normal npcs in cities and elsewhere so why not guards? Also, this kind of goes along with having more guard npcs but also increase their respawn rate- make it at least 24 hours and they all respawn so I can go back and forth between holds and more guards will be there for me to slaughter :D PLEASE THIS WOULD BE SO AWESOME :D Oh and I don't want to use the console, spawning npcs to kill via console is just lame.

Hope the title makes sense but all you enchanters know what I'm talking about- as you level your enchanting and place perks in enchanter subsequent enchanted items you make gradually decrease in value when they should be rising in value. Also, when you first start enchanting items the values of items you enchant start out very high, higher than they would normally but like i said before decrease in value over time. This is regardless of the type of soul gem used. Like if my enchanting skill is 20 and I use a petty soul gem and get a weapons worth 600 septims then I level enchanting 1 point from that so now I do the same enchantment again with a petty soul gem (and same item example iron dagger) and this new item is now worth only 597 septims and keeps decreasing and so on and so on. Is there any mods out that fixes this? I read somewhere where someone said it's simply a matter of a + and - error in coding or something and should be easy to fix. But it's not fixed yet? Can't help wondering why not. And yeah I know the workaround is to save when you're done enchanting then quit the client and reload your save and all your enchanted items will reflect their true value so if your enchanting skill when you made your banish daggers is low then their prices will drop dramatically (by about half from my experience) or inversely if your enchanting skill is max with all the perks then the price of your banish daggers will probably just about double...but yeah doing this is kind of annoying and for me a bit of an immersion breaker... like in the beginning of the game I am trying to make some cash since early on alchemy payout sucks (compared with enchanting lol) without fortify alchemy effects from enchanted gear (hence why I level enchanting first, it's always profitable especially at the beginning of the game with this "bug") and it's SO easy to make a lot of money in the beginning with enchanting iron daggers or any weapons with stamina damage or turn undead that it's almost too easy and saving/quitting just to intentionally lower the prices of the enchanted daggers I just made not only seems like I'm gimping myself but like I said earlier really kills the immersion for me... I guess I'm a semi Rper and like things to make sense in my game ya know? Have high hopes for a mod that addresses this so I don't feel like a cheater for leveling enchanting and making ridiculous money early on lol and saving me the hassle of saving/quitting every time I enchant banish daggers to sell later on when I get enchanting to full potential.
