Even just pressing the "Manual download" will take so long (over 5 minutes) before starting, and sometimes I even have to refresh the page coz it won't let me download. Even just loading the Nexus site itself is super slow. It takes over 3 minutes just to get to the login page and another 3 minutes after typing in your username and password to actually log in. On the other hand, I can download fine through Steam just fine (15~20+ MB/s). All other sites (YouTube, MEGA, etc.) work fine too. Last year I never experienced this issue and was able to download multiple Skyrim mod lists (around 1100 mods per list) just fine. I just bought Premium membership btw.
Also, I don't know if this is relevant but last January, I rented a game server from low.ms (a server host service) which I had to refund because I was getting 9999 ping. Their support said that "there seems to be a problem with the datacenter in Singapore, it looks like they're having issues connecting to your country."
P.S. I also tried downloading mods through my phone and a laptop which uses mobile wifi same mobile ISP as my phone(Smart Communications) and they were also slow af (both downloading and connecting to the nexus sites). I can't do a traceroute on my phone tho lol
