Hello, im trying to add my character to the Skeleton Faction in game so I can spawn Skeletons and not be attacked, is there anyway to do so?

I spawn NPC's such as Skeletons and Stormcloaks yet they wont fight one another, why is this? How do I make it so they fight one another?

Hello! I hope all of you could help me with this problem. I had wanted to spawn some NPC's for a battle and I did the following step by step... 1: tai - tcai - tdetect Ai was now turned off and I was unable to be detected. 2: Spawned Stormcloaks on one end, Imperials on the other. 3: Turned AI ( Tai, Tcai) back on and watched. Outcome: NPC's just stood there. Am I doing something wrong?
