I'm new to modding so I'm still learning my way around all the programs. I'm trying to remove the horns from all the horned helmets in the game. I'm using Figment's niftools plugin to import and export the meshes to and from 3ds Max. I then use Nifskope to put the correct textures on. But when I get them in game, the models look all blocky and polygonal. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this? Here's my import/export settings if that helps.

So, what ever happened to the NifTools team? It seems like they all just vanished back in 2012. And none of their projects have been updated since then.

I have downloaded and installed the following: Blender 2.4.9 NifSkope 1.1.3 Python 2.6.6 PyFFI 2.2.2 I am trying to install Blender Nif Scripts 2.5.9, but I keep getting this message: http://nsm08.casimages.com/img/2013/03/18//130318074623924610986074.png I have already installed PyFFI, but whenever I try to run the Nif Scripts installer, I just get the same message. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
