Ok so I don't know a lot about modding, only placing items, changing rooms around, and editing weapon and armour properties. I woul like to know if it is possible to: Create a quest where, once you reach the strip or something, an assassin asks you to kill Vulpes Or if he is dead then another (newly created) high ranking officer. Oh and he is located in the town hall. Once you have done this, Nipton will be all cleaned up and inhabited. Could this be done? If so, how?
