Can someone adjust legendary to 0.20 player dmg and 4.00 npc dmg, and or make opponents take more dmg and match your lvl?

There's already a lot of re colors on ps4

Could someone make a re color of iron armor and weapons to look more like stone, like light gray on the iron parts of the armor. Thanks.

I would like to see a mod where we can gain the bloodskal blade enchantment from disenchantment, perhaps a buyable version or stored copy. So I can put it on other 2 handed weapons.

Especially for male characters, such as leather, saviors hide, imperial sets, storm cloak officer, scaled, studded, hide, scaled horned, Nord hero, executioner, tsuns armor. Possibly use existing pant models from the game like fur armor pants on scaled and saviors hide etc.
