Dear River, I have 2 Nvidia 560 GPU's and 8Gb of RAM on my Vista PC. Download/Install the initial driver from the CD;s then go to www. GeForce.com and have the website analyze your PC for Skyrim. It may suggest you install.some new drivers, etc. Turn off all other Apps Choose "Custom Install" and then "Clean Install". Skyrim runs perfectly for me when I do play it. Not much so far. I'm a Guild Wars guy myself. Have you overloaded Skyrim with 1,000;s of these new Mods that recently came out? That may be the problem right there. Do you know who these people are? Many of them are amateur developers and these add-ons can be filled with bugs. Dump those add-ons fast. Let the buyer beware. Hope this helps.
