Let's stop pussyfooting around it. Steam got their fingers into the game and screwed it up. They screwed up the loader and they aren't going to bother to fix it, because the vulture capitalists at Zenimax want you to buy SE anyway.

My Idea is to make a mod or set of mods that takes the char stats from one game like Skyrim and creates an equivalent Char in another game like Fallout 4, The Skyrim char goes into a portal , or whatever, in Skyrim and the mod, opens fallout4, emulates the Skyrim Char as nearly as possible in Fallout 4, and provides missions or quests to continue the storyline, For instance, a Dawnguard mission could lead a Vampire Hunter into the far future or an alternate world like Witcher, or a Mage could "Accidentally" create a wormhole into another world and then have to find a way back, the possible storylines seem infinite. This is just an idea, I have no idea if it's actually possible, but one thing hackers have shown us, is that nearly anything is possible.
