Well, it was able to run Fallout NV, which was made later so the graphics are supposedly better, does anyone think it will work?

I just got Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition on Steam, but I crash and get "Fallout3 has stopped working" whenever I pick new game. When doing the first time start up it got to 3 out of 4 then said something about turning something on or off in the control panel to install something. I run on Windows 7 Home Premium if you were wondering. Anyone have a solution?
