The dark brotherhood quest "Mourning Never Comes" won't begin. I have done the first 3 contracts for nazir, but when i go to astrid she says " i've got no primary contracts for you right now". I've tried leaving the sanctuary, waiting and going back in, but i've had no sucess. Can anyone help me with this problem?

It would be cool if someone made icecrown citadel in the coldest part of skyrim, also it would be even cooler if you had an army of undead to command.
