There should be a way to remove the cooldown on the frigate missions. Not the length of time the missions take themselves, but the time it takes for the list to repopulate. I myself would love to be constantly cycling my frigates just as soon as they get debriefed from a mission, but I unnecessarily end up having to wait who knows how long to send them out again.
