Can anyone help? I really do not want to use the crappy vanilla pipboy.

This happens to me whenever I install a pipboy texture mod, any pipboy texture mod. It makes my chracter creation menu look like that as well, any help would be appreciated!
(removing the textures immediately fixes the problem, I'm using MO and already tried toggling archive invalidation)

Hello guys, thought I would ask here about my immersion breaking white water. I am using pure weather and pure waters and pure weather makes the night pretty dark, however the white part of the water does not seem to be affected by the lighting changes and stays at a perfectly visible white level. This is not a glowing problem (I already fixed it with an HDR patch) and yes I already tried the enb particle patch and it does not help. If anyone know how to make the waterfalls and rapids dark, please help me out here, thanks in advance.
Edit: forgot to mention I'm not using an enb, only using sweetfx (disabling doesn't help)

oh wow I get this all the time, after a few minutes of play my game slows down until its unplayable. Usually I sit between 40-60 fps, but it slowly goes down to 30 then 20 then its unplayable... would love to know if there is a fix or if a mod is causing this
EDIT: and yes, minutes, not even hours
I doubt it's a heating issue since other games work fine, and once fnv is restarted it runs smoothly again

two I know for sure are dino dee lite front desk and ranger charlie station (sth like that), I did not explore other places because the damage was permanent to a save file and persists after even the removal of the mod, also those interiors lag a hell lot

thanks! do you still need a screenshot? or is the description adequate? My best guess is that something altered the dimensions variables of the cells somehow (not that I am a modder...)

Just disabled all my mods and started a new vanilla game, the cells got fixed, anyone got any idea which mods caused it?
Edit:
It is caused by the interior lighting overhaul... anyone else have this issue?
Is an incompatibility with another mod from the list above causing this??

Some interior cells in my game are completely screwed up. When I enter, the cell is extremely small, jamming all the items, objects and NPC's together along with the player, completely breaking the cell. I tried starting a new save and disabling all my mods but that did not work. Is there anyway to fix this? (using latest version of FNV)

I am a level 48 conjuration archer with legendary dragonscale... but i get killed all the time...
I have 200 health and the energy shield spell enabled (apocalypse spell package) but 2 arrows kill me..
help?? is this by vanilla design?? or some mod??

i just realized that dual wield swords do not have any kill moves tried dual wield axes and the kill moves work... thoughts?

I have the dance of death installed but with it or not, I never see any dual wield killmoves, but when I am dual wielding and I kill with just one weapon, kill moves work. My bow and arrow killmoves also work fine... Help???

for as long as this problem has persisted, going between cells almost always solves this problem, however, 5 minutes later the same thing would happen which when you will have to switch cells again to stop the stuttering.... making it impossible to do quests that take more than 5 minutes...

Hmmm... I overclocked my GPU but not my CPU, maybe I should try to downclock my GPU, will report if successful! Thanks for the advice!

well, still looking for answers.... very annoying how mid-combat the game starts to stutter (maintaining acceptable fps) but then after a few more minutes it drops to like 5 fps or so.....

(save load time is slightly decreased with civil unrest mod removed, stuttering persists)
edit: going between cells sometimes removes the stuttering, and my core 2 duo is always running below 50% with skyrim (added all the threaded optimizations into the ini already)

Non of the brackets can be toggled (the radiation one isn'teven active) [for the rest the checkmark won;t even go away] and none of them can be moved. Using force show does not do anything either. Any help will be appreciated.
