Is there anything more up to date, or compatible with more up to date mods that is just as good, if not better than FCO. If not, then is there a mod similar to UIO that FCO will work with?

Please, somebody see this and make this happen. I agree with you fully, and feel like it would be very nice to have DLC texture packs!
