Ok i did not get a answer last time and i hope to get one now :c
i downloaded a ENB for a couple of weeks ago!
but when i try to activate it nothing works :(
How do i start it?
EDIT 1: i seem to have error with this ENB * http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/18987//? *
When i look on water i see the PLATE that are placed benit the map that makes so the water shows on the map also sometimes when i point my gun on grass it goes right thrue :(

So, i downloaded a ENB called Lone Vanderer but it seems not to work for me... or im just pressing the wrong buttons
In Fallout New Vegas you press SHIFT+F12 and the same in skyrim... do you do that in Fallout 3 to?
If so what am im doing wrong? :c

Do you play it on Windows 7? if so start the game then press CTRL+ALT+DELETE then in the task manager try to find the Fallout 3 proccesor that makes the game run then right click it go to propeties and change what it is running on to Windows XP or something then you need to change how many cores you run the game on to 1-2 cores it also should be called "Processor For Eligibility" but maybe just Eligbility sinse my PC is having Swedish language (Im swedish that's why) if that dont work then i dont know what is wrong maybe a load order or something
***YOU NEED TO HAVE THE GAME RUNNING TO CHANGE CORES AND WHAT SYSTEM COMPATIBLITY IT SHOULD BE RUN ON! YOU WONT FIND THE FILES OTHERWHISE***

So i was playing skyrim yesterday and it worked fine just perfect but today when i started up my game it instant crashes when i move i can interfare with my followers and everything give them stuff but when i move the game crashes :/
Any idea what the problem could be? DLC problem?
Current DLC installed:
Dawnguard
Hearhfire
The lates mods i installed:
SkyUI
iHUD
Frostfall I also tryed to install Cerwiden but the download gets currupted before it is done :/

Post your BOSS log (with the messages), include a list of mods not recognized by BOSS if one is generated. Enclose both in spoiler tags.

Windows XP is the problem... the hardware you are using (Windows XP) is to old... i tryed this with my other PC that i had with XP installed i have the exact same things inside that computer that i have in this and its the hardware that couses it :/

I think you need to get a new Graphic card or a new Processor :/ i had the same problem but that was beacuse my graphic card was not up to date!

Processor: Intel® Core i5 CPU 750 @2.67GHz
Graphic card: ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series (750MB)
System Type: 64-bit
Memory: 8192MB RAM

Can't find iWaterMultisamples and bTransparencyMultisampling in an
in Mod Troubleshooting

Ok so im trying to fix a thing that are needed to change when using "One step closer to reality" ENB and those is
iWaterMultisamples=1
bTransparencyMultisampling=0
BUT! i can't find those lines in Falloutprefs.ini or FALLOUT.ini OR! Fallout_Defulte do i have to add them? if so where should i add them?
