Hi all. I've been trying to find a way to add and remove diseases from the hardcore need progression (i.e. removing the dehydration low debuff at 200 and instead adding something at 300). I've tried changing this from the gameplay-> dehydration menu, and I've tried removing or changing the base disease itself, but I haven't had any luck - it always gets set back to default when I load the game. Can someone help me make this work?
