  1. i'm the guy behind true cross dressing and spyro 2 orbs (different process for adding meshes) and I gotta say; creating models for the gamebryo engine, even slight alterations you kind of just have to pray they don't explode in the games code; in my experience. if we had tools that didn't crush our balls we would see far more oblivion mods with comprehensive 3d geometry, but as of right now you can pretty much forget about it. the amount of headache and effort just makes it not worth it. just download nifskope and you'll see what I mean. hell even installing blenders niftools only works about 50% of the time.
  2. that WOULD be cool
  3. no just a broken up skeleton; this was supposed to go in an oblivion thread btw. but even if that weren't the case in oblivion we have no real way to switch skeletons at runtime which can really mess up your game's savefile(s) and or just ruin the experience.
  4. if it doesn't exist does anyone know how this may be possible to do?
  5. hi guys I noticed that oblivion can really screw skeletons up, I have the playable centaurs mod but it's ruined one of my saved game's characters skeletons. is there some mod out there we can use to reset the skeleton or select it something like that? if not we could really use that as it would solve so many of oblivions skeleton problems.
  6. yes using console commands but not by default, or you could add them to the bandit faction and that should work.
  7. Bumping yet another old topic yes you can add perks to all npcs of a race, in the CK you have to first find what race you want to change then edit it and you put a spell into specials for whatever perk you want to add. This will take quite a bit of experimentation, if you want to add a script to that perk/race then I believe you'll have to add the script into the spell and run it as a constant effect.
  8. This is a very old topic but now I'm having it and not only is nothing working as stated before but when I try pressing C afterwards everything in my render window disapears.
  9. I've the same problem use a default collision marker slighted to and fro or slightly above the stairs to remove this bug. There's another option, changing the mesh collision by default in nifskope, blender, maya, or 3ds max but I highly advise just to overlay a collision marker. Oh and this is an old thread but whatever there's a solution for anyone else who's wondering ;)
  10. This helped me remove a massive bug on one of my mods but on another I'm getting the error after importing both mods I've never used this before and am not used to Nexus forums either. "An error occured while loading modules. Editing is disabled. Check the message log and correct the error." here's the log:
  11. guys really? Just give him the voice synthesizer. http://www.acapela-group.com/voices/demo/
  12. Hello, I've been modding since Morrowind and there is just so much thrown into Helgen that I can't find anything. And in Solitude all the npcs and such are completely scattered. So, How do I get one Npc to walk up to the chopping block and have another cut his head off? Then I'd like this cycle to be continued by some npcs behind him.
